Every event is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on coverage duration, event type, and specific requirements. Professional event photography starts from €250. Contact us for a detailed quote within 24 hours.

How quickly will I receive my images?

Images are delivered within 48 hours via an online gallery - significantly faster than the industry standard of 1-2 weeks. If you need immediate images during or right after your event, this can be arranged.

How many images will I receive from our event?

Typically 60 - 80 edited images per hour of coverage, depending on the event type. I don't put a limit on it as every event is unique. All images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution format ready for print and web use.

Are you insured for business and corporate events?

Yes, fully insured for corporate events and venues. Insurance certificates can be provided upon request for venue requirements

Can you provide multiple photographers or videographers?

For large events or events requiring coverage of multiple areas simultaneously, I work with a trusted network of professional photographers and videographers and can provide the required team for your event.

What Do I Need To Tell an Event Photographer?

When you are hiring an event photographer communication is the key. I have been briefed with a long list of shots that are required that need to be captioned with names, titles and other details all the way down to "Do your thing".Either is fine but need to be communicated before the event. Being given a list of shots after the event is not a lot of use also please do not provide a brief written by AI. If there is a schedule or running order of the event or if there are key people you would like images of this is always good information for the photographer. Events often don't run exactly to plan and a professional will always adapt to the situation.
