Hi, I’m Simon Peare, a Dublin wedding photographer specialising in relaxed, natural and documentary style wedding photography. Based in Dublin I photograph weddings throughout Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow and all across Ireland, capturing genuine moments while keeping any posed images short and stress free.

All weddings include:

1. Flexible packages (Full Day/Half Day/Essential's Options)
2. 15 - 20 Minutes for the family photos
3. 15 Minutes for the couples portraits
4. 48 Hour Sneak peek
5. Full gallery in a maximum of 8 weeks

I find the biggest fear couples have is being dragged off for hours to do posed photos because they have seen this at other weddings.

This is usually down to an inexperienced wedding photographer unsure about what to do. So they do everything possible. I don't do this!!

You want to get back to the party right? So if you keep the formals to immediate family/bridal party it should take 15 - 20 minutes tops.

After that I spend about 15 mins with the couple to get some portraits with a little bit of guidance if needed so you'll look your best and then you can relax and get back to the party.

The rest of the day I shoot in documentary style blending into the background capturing all the important parts of your wedding day. As well as capturing all those moments that just can't be planned. The emotions and connections between your families and friends. Every wedding is unique and should be captured as it happens.

For an outdoor wedding there is almost nowhere better. The turntable is a fabulous setting for a ceremony. Sarah and Dan thought so. Hi I'm Simon - A little about me

Like most people I prefer being behind the camera. Born and raised in Dublin, photography and music are my two passions. I worked in the music business until about 10 years ago before becoming a professional photographer.

When I'm not shooting weddings I am either working for my corporate clients and working on my fine art print photography website and when I'm not taking photos I'm normally playing or listening to music.Good coffee, good friends, good conversation and good craic. I love traveling to new and old places once I can find a trusty cat sitter. New places to discover (and photograph) and old places to relax.It takes a lot for me to get flustered so I'm a calming presence in stressful situations. Above all I love to get a good photo!
