Weddings in Dublin and Ireland - Your Day - Your Way

The traditional Irish wedding is still very popular but by no means the only type of
wedding couples have these days. Couples are more confident in putting
their own stamp on their day to reflect their personalities and interests.
Be it big, small, lavish, sparse couple's can celebrate their wedding their way.

My approach to wedding photography takes this into account and is based on
a documentary style, resulting in timeless images of how your wedding actually was.

I have a keen eye for detail, capturing the smallest gestures, emotions and interactions
that make your wedding day truly special. And if couples like a little bit
of direction I am happy to step in. Whether it's a candid shot or a posed portrait,
each photograph reflects a real moment from your wedding day.

With lots of experience shooting weddings every situation brings a challenge
and that's why hiring a professional wedding photographer is so important in
getting it right on your wedding day

Couples often find it stressful planning their wedding.
You've probably never done it before so there is a lot of unknowns. Let me help.
I've been at hundreds of weddings.

After the date is set and the venue is booked the photographer is usually next on the list.
If you want suggestions for other suppliers i am happy to recommend some great people
I have worked with over the years  from Videographers, to celebrants,
to ceremony singers, bands and many more

Wedding Photography Ireland Pricing

I understand that every couple is unique, and their wedding photography needs may vary.

To accommodate different preferences and budgets I offer a range of tailored packages.
These packages can be customised to suit specific requirements,
ensuring that every couple receives the perfect package for their wedding.

Different locations, styles, and themes.  It doesn't matter if you are getting ready
at home or in your wedding venue or if it's a church wedding.
You might have a place you would like to go for photos after the ceremony.
It's all included.

Looking for wedding photographer's prices
sometimes can feel like searching for the holy grail.

Personally I hate looking at something and having to wrestle out
of the salesperson what does it cost.
Not here.

You have probably read that couples on
average pay between €2,000 and €4,000
for their wedding photography.

This is based on a website survey where couples typically have
larger weddings with bigger budgets and could involve
2 photographers and an album and video clips bundled in.

It doesn't include all the couples that get married in the Registry Office
and have a meal with their families after and maybe a few photos.

So don't be thinking you have to pay up to €4,000 for great wedding photos.

A Little About Me

Simon Peare SELFIE!!!!I'll do anything to get a good photo

So who do you get if you hire meas your wedding photographer?

Well, like most people I'm more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it :)
On a wedding day I blend in as much as possible. I won't ever ask you to fake smile
or laugh for a shot. I like to capture you as you really are

Born and raised in Dublin. My two passions were always photography and music.
Up until about 10 years ago I worked in the music business most of my career
before deciding to become a professional photographer and never looked back.

I started with the local newspaper that would send me to every type of event
you can imagine before starting doing weddings and corporate and private events.

When I'm not working you're likely to find me playing and listening to music.
Apart from that I'm happier with a pint of Guinness and a toasted sandwich
andprefer cooking to a fancy restaurant.

Good coffee, no milk, no sugar. Good friends,
good conversation and having the craic.

It takes a lot for me to get stressed so I like to be a calming presence
in busy and stressful situations. I've a very thick skin so say
anything to me and I don't mind.

Love traveling to new and old places whenever I can.
London and Nerja are two regular places you'll find me
but always looking at options for new placesto discover
once I can find a trusty cat sitter.

New places to discover (and photograph) and old places to chill and recharge.

(Fine Art Prints from travel and at home available here

But basically I'll do anything to get a good photo.
Just ask Chilli above!
