Wedding Photography Timeline
Hello and welcome. I have seen over recent weeks several social media posts asking how long does it take for photos and videos to be delivered after the wedding. I can't speak for any other suppliers but I thought it would be helpful to outline my process to give couples an idea of what they can expect. It should also be outlined in your contract.

Before the Wedding
1. Enquiry
2. Discussion by phone/zoom/email to answer any questions
3. Booking form sent to the couple
4. Booking form received back
5. Deposit Paid
6. Date Secured and in the diary
7. Phone/Video call 2 - 3 weeks before the wedding to discuss the details and go through any questions the couple have
8. Payment of the balance of the package
9. All emails answered within 48 hours
The Wedding Day
1. Arrive at the agreed time and shoot the wedding as per the package chosen
2. Photos backed up as soon as I return home and cards stored in a safe place
After The Wedding
1. Sneak Peek of 10 images within 5 days
2. Email within 6 weeks maximum to confirm delivery date
3. Finalised edited images delivered in an online gallery as well as sending the high resolution files to the couple within a maximum of 8 weeks from the wedding day
4. Couple picks images for their album if they chose one
5. Draft album sent to couple for approval within 3 weeks of couple picking images
6. Album sent for production after approval
7. Album delivered to the couple within 3 weeks of being sent for production
