Getting Married in Ireland During the Covid 19 Pandemic

Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping well and safe at the moment. Challenging and stressful times especially for couples who planned to get married this summer. While many have rescheduled some have decided to go ahead on the original date with a micro wedding and possibly having another larger celebration when it is safe to do so.

From the information the government has put out small weddings will be allowed to go ahead from July 20th with social distancing in Ireland. This is great news for couples that have been waiting to find out if they can go ahead with their wedding. While lots of couples have postponed to the end of 2020 or early 2021 there are still many who want to go ahead and get married on their original date regardless of the restrictions and then possibly having the big day in a years times with another ceremony and celebration. If you are in this situation and are worried that you will not be able to have it captured then I hope I can help.

Below I have put together a wedding photography package for micro weddings during the covid 19 pandemic. It is specifically for weddings of less than 20 people to cover the bride and groom, the celebrant, 2 witnesses and parents and grandparents of  the couple. It aims to capture your ceremony and bridal party/family photographs after the ceremony to capture your wedding day. During the ceremony and any photos after the ceremony social distancing will be maintained by staying the recommended distance (currently 2 meters) from the bridal party and guests at all times.
